We want your home to smell perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused air fresheners and scent diffusers. If you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused air fresheners in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement scent within 5-7 business days.
